Current Vacancies - Accounting


Accounts Receivable & Payable clerk
Responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. The Accounts Receivable Clerk must comply with established policies and procedures.

Payroll & Benefits clerk
Computes and disburses wages and salaries, deductions, taxes and other withholdings. Posts payroll data and prepares routine reports and/or payments to government agencies, insurance companies and others. Calculates and processes special checks, reviews, edits and makes corrections and adjustments as needed. Requires 2-4 years payroll or related experience.

Purchasing Manager
Accomplishes difficult purchasing responsibilities which require broad or specific skills and training. Confers with managers and vendors. 4-6 years relevant experience.

Inventory Manager
Manages inventory of rooms to maintain required supply and standard of rooms. Maintains records, replenishes stock, and plans for future requirements based on bookings and forecasts. Usually requires a 4 year degree plus 2-4 years relevant experience, or equivalent.

Front Office Guest Services


Front Desk Manager
The Front Desk Manager position requires availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.  This position requires a strong dedication to guest service as well as willingness to be a contributing member of a successful team.  The Front Desk Manager is responsible for training, oversight, and leadership of the Front Desk Staff.  Additional duties will include; inventory management, yield management, ordering of supplies and potentially serving as the hotel’s Guest Service Champion.
The Front Desk Manager must familiarize themselves with brand standards, and lead staff in exceeding guest expectations. 

Front Desk Supervisor (AM & PM)
Responsible for assisting the General Manager in the operation of the Front Desk by directing, controlling and supervising Desk Clerks and serves as a Manager On Duty in the absence of the General Manager. Hotel experience is required, and the employee must be organized and detail oriented. A flexible schedule that includes both nights & weekends is a must.

Front Desk Agent
Provide exceptional customer service through answering guest inquiries and offering personalized assistance, checking guests in and out of the hotel, communicating with other departments to fulfill guests needs. Prospective employees must have a winning attitude, previous customer Service Experience and be computer savvy. Flexibility to work morning and night shifts is a must.

Bellman
Responsible for greeting guests and assisting with luggage and other guest service tasks.

Shuttle Driver
Responsible for driving guests to and from the airport.


Sales & Marketing


Senior Sales Manager
Prepares action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.  Follows up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Targets potential clients and makes cold calls to develop sales leads. Identifies sales prospects and contacts these and other accounts as assigned. Prepares presentations, proposals and sales contracts. Develops and maintains sales materials and current product knowledge. Establishes and maintains current client and potential client relationships. Manages account services through quality checks and other follow-up methods. Identifies and resolves client concerns. Prepares a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. Coordinates company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales. Participates in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events. Provides on-the-job training to new sales employees

Sales Manager
Develop and implement all aspects of marketing plan including advertising, community relations, sales, and special events for community. Monitor market competition, market conditions, and competitive services/products in marketing area. Drives and supports the marketing communications and community relations programs for the community, including but not limited to: trade shows, special events, community seminars, charitable associations.  Ability to facilitate, support and develop a win/win situation utilizing the cluster concept with other communities to most effectively position NOC.

Engineering & Maintenance


Executive Housekeeper and Chief Engineer
Creates morning work assignments to ensure all areas of building are properly maintained in accordance with cleanliness standards. Supervises the activities of all housekeeping personnel. Interviews, hires, trains, and schedules department personnel. Checks quality of work performed and makes appropriate corrections and changes as necessary. Handles guest complaints concerning housekeeping service or refers problem to management for adjustment. Responsible for inspecting rooms daily to ensure cleanliness standards are being met. Helps guests and employees in every way possible when called upon and does it willingly and pleasantly. Checks all vacant rooms for condition and possible occupancy, reporting any discrepancies to Management. Supervises the keeping of all storage areas and linen rooms in a clean and satisfactory condition, as well as, stocked with needed items.

Ensure fulfillment of preventative maintenance program to specific brand standards. Inspect guest rooms after Preventative Maintenance. Maintain a work order assignment program for completed and pending work orders. Prioritize and complete work orders in a timely manner. Monitor all deficiencies. Repair appliances as required. Ensure implementation and compliance of brand standard key control policies and procedures are adhered to. Ensure public area maintenance duties are performed according to manufacturer specifications and local Health Department Regulations  Maintain the hotel grounds, curb appeal, and building exteriors consistently.

Housekeeping
Responsible for keeping all public spaces of the hotel clean, assist in cleaning guest rooms and laundry.

Security Director
Conducts investigations into all known or suspected violations such as counterfeit currency, fraud and felony theft, etc. Prepares and reviewing reports of incidents and coordinates with local law enforcement. Responsible for interacting/ assisting guest and employees Overs operation and maintenance of security systems, electronic lock security and key control access systems. Implementation of inventory controls and loss management systems

Laundry Supervisor
Provide leadership, training and oversight of the housekeeping and laundry departments.

Room Attendant
Provide general cleaning and upkeep of guestrooms and other assigned areas while greeting each guest with a smile and a warm "hello”.

Laundry Attendant
Responsible for processing hotel and guest laundry, including pressing, sorting and folding.

Assistant Chief Engineer
The Assistant Chief will aid the Chief Engineer in executing the engineering department’s operations. Oversees daily building operations and directs staff engineers in the installation and repair of all mechanical/ electrical equipment and building management systems and, plan/execute routine a preventive maintenance program in a disciplined and structured environment. 

Business Center Manager
Manage the operations of the Business Center at the resort on a daily basis. Responsible for profit of business center and needs to account to the Director of Operations.
